Bariloche 2008

Proyecto “Visit Bariloche!”

Luego de tantos años de compartir clases, estudio, fiestas, amigos, alegrías y tristezas, los chicos de los terceros años concretaron su más preciado sueño... ¡viajaron a Bariloche!

I love Argentina

I’m an Angertinian
because I was born there
because my heart beats for Argentina
because I love Argentina

Come with me;
I’ll show you the beauty of my land,
to see the landscapes in the Patagonia,
to eat empanadas in Tucumán,
to see tango dancers in La Boca,
or to see a football match.
For all these things, I love Argentina.

by Agustina Ruggiero and Lara De Sarro (1° C)

Argentinian customes

Every Sunday, the family
eat together a delicious asado
and have a wonderful time
all laughing and talking

The grandparents drinking coffee
the parents eating facturas
and the children watching football
we love Argentina, we love our families

by Ignacio Marin and Facundo Ansala (1°C)

My friend

Since I was a child, I understood
What belonging to a place means
To have customs, to have roots
To recognize particular tastes

With a few years
It turned into a habit, nothing else
But I learned its sense
When I understood
That it was for sharing

My mum called it mate
She said it was a custom of this place
But for some years to me
It has become the ideal friend.

The land of my Herat

This is the place where I was born.
This is the place where I’m sitting now.
This is the place that I love.
But I’m getting tired of poverty and rob.

I’m still here in spite of corruption.
Above insecurity and discrimination.
Because my sole belongs to Argentina.
And nobody can stop this feeling about the land of my heart.

by A. Gáspari; J. Alconcher and M. Tanini (1° C)

It’s my country

It’s my country, with its virtues and weaknesses.
It’s my country, with the riches and the poverty.
It’s my country, with its customs and traditions.
It’s my country, and I’m proud of it.

The beautiful landscapes, mountains and rivers;
The good taste of mate and empanadas;
The best football players and the best tango dancers;
And the best dinners with the family;
It’s my country, and I love it.

My dear Argentina
The land of my birth
I love you so much
Like the sun to the earth
I am Argentinian
Of heart and mind
I will stay here
Until the end of time

By Valentina Cattalin

My Argetina
I live in Argentina
And I am happy for that.
I live in Argentina
And I fight for that.
I live in Argentina,
And I’m proud for that.
I live in Argentina,
And I love that.

The Great Argentina
I’m growing up in a fabolous country
It has a lot of problems but
It doesn’t matter
When I open my eyes I feel so happy
You are the best one
My dear country.

By Agustín Andreu Artola.

Fantastic Agentina
Argentina I love you
Becuase you are wonderfull
I love you.
In the east you have beautiul beaches,
In the west you have amazing mountains
In the north you have attactive cultures
In the south you have big lakes and glaciars
Argentina is not tragic
All I can see is magic.

By Celeste Di Bártolo

Here in Argentina
There’s no Katrina
We have beautiful views
And people drink orange juice
We have sportsmen too
They are more than good
Argentina I’m very proud
And I shout it vey loud.
